Caribbean inspired BBQ rub, ideal for chicken, pork, lamb & rice dishes. Taste the sunshine of the Caribbean with this spicy rub.

  • Create traditional style Jerk chicken with thighs, legs, spatchcock or rotisserie.
  • Mix with a little oil or yoghurt for a chicken skewer marinade.
  • Add into Jamaican style stews such as curried lamb.
  • Great on low and slow pork butt/shoulder or roast gammon
