To celebrate the launch of The Smokey Carter’s Flame Roasted Spiced Pineapple Rum, they wanted to match the flavours and produce a totally tropical barbecue rub. It’s called Havana Gold,  under The Smokey Cartel.

Transport your kitchen to the tropics with this vibrant blend of sweet tangy pineapple & sun-ripened mango. Infused with warm Caribbean spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. It’s a BBQ rub that captures the boozy, citrusy snap of a classic rum punch. It’s sweet, sticky, & finished with a gentle glow of chilli.
