Gold is our bright, herb-forward all-purpose seasoning built to bring balance and freshness to just about anything you cook. Starting with a simple base of salt and pepper, we layer in classic herbs like thyme, sage, and parsley along with garlic and onion for savoury depth. A touch of paprika and turmeric add warmth and colour, while lemon juice powder gives the blend a subtle citrus lift that keeps everything tasting clean and vibrant.

This seasoning was originally released as our Poultry Seasoning, and while it’s still incredible on chicken and turkey, we found ourselves reaching for it on far more than just birds. It’s perfect for grilled or roasted chicken, smoked turkey, pork chops, seafood, roasted vegetables, potatoes, and even simple weeknight meals that need a little extra flavour.
