A sweet, smoky profile with real cherry notes and a subtle savoury edge. Works across low and slow barbecue as well as hot, fast grilling, delivering consistent results every time. Also pairs well with beef and glazed ham for something a little different.

how to use
Coat meat generously 30 to 60 minutes before smoking or grilling.
For a deeper finish, layer with a glaze or sauce towards the end of cooking to enhance the caramelised crust.
