Salt & Pepper Chinese Style BBQ Rub 100g Shaker

Ideal for chicken, pork and ribs. Dust over wings and wedges. Create your favourite Chinese takeaway dishes at home! Salt n pepper chicken, chips, wings, stir fried noodles and rice, the options are endless.

As you know we don’t like using E numbers such as MSG (E621) which features in lots of Chinese cooking, so we’re not going to start now. The real kicker in our Salt & Pepper BBQ Rub is the complex blend of spices along with Kikkoman soy sauce powder which brings a rich and unique umami flavour to the rub.

Our seasoning works just as well sprinkled over veggies or a tenderised chicken breast and pan fried in a little oil.

• Dust over chicken wings, chips or potato wedges towards the end of cooking
• Marinade chicken, pork and ribs.
