Enjoy me with chicken, ribs, pulled pork, burgers, bangers & all things BBQ. Sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, ideal for pouring over pulled pork and basting ribs.

This BBQ sauce is a vinegar-based with roots from North Carolina, USA. Not to be confused with South Carolina BBQ Sauce which is mustard based & also not to be confused with Carolina Reaper which is one of the hottest chillies in the world.

  • Sweet, tangy with a little heat.
  • Great as a marinade or a mopping sauce.
  • Use as a finishing glaze for meat on the BBQ.
  • Mix into a little mayonnaise for a tasty dip.

Ingredients: Spirit vinegar, tomato, water, sugar, cider vinegar, onion, bourbon whiskey, black treacle, honey, garlic, chipotle chilli, Worcester sauce  (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, molasses, onion puree, salt, tamarind paste, ginger puree (ginger, citric acid (acidifier)), MUSTARD, smoke extract, glucose syrup, maize starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), spices.

Nutrition; Typical values per 100g; Energy 1046kJ/248Kcal, Fat 0.1g (of which saturates 0.0g), Carbohydrate 60g (of which sugars 59g), Fibre 0.6g, Protein 0.9g, Salt 1.2g.
